[V8] KD, KF recalls

If I were me (to quote another lister), I'd go to the dealer w/ the
letter and ask for the parts.  If there's any flack, ask to speak to the
"V8 quattro specialist" who can explain exactly what he'll do.  My bet
is a deer in the headlights glaze...
