[V8] Steering wheel options

On my (currently sidelined) V8 5 speed and '84 Urq I'm running the  
original Audi Sport Steering wheel offered as an option on the later  
Urquattros.  Made by Nardi under contract and very similar to Momo.   
I prefer the slightly smaller diameter and thicker grip and three- 
spoke design.  Getting much harder to find now.  Requires adapter hub  
and possible redrilling of screw holes in hub (depending on hub) to fit.
