[V8] Rack Rebuild?

That $70 is about $20 less than I've read here about people purchasing the
rebuild kit from the dealer for.  Most everyone else that rebuilds racks
traditionally charged more than Jorgen.  There was a place on EBay that had
racks for all sorts of foreign cars pretty cheap.  Try a search there.
