Means nothing, "Katrina Kars" have already shown up as far North as
Alaska,  a few "refurbishment" centers (Georgia, Ohio) have been busted
recently.  
Caveat Emptor as always, I would recommend staying away from ANY cars
that have spent time in places prone to floods, I worked in Houston many
moons ago, and flooding in certain areas was a given, those cars were
"recycled" through Dallas and Oklahoma by the local car dealers.  
Most people have never had to deal with a flood car, if they did they'd
check them out with a fine tooth comb before buying.
