I bought a '66 Mercyless Benz 220 sedan from a lot in the Dallas area
back in '67 for a price that I thought was a steal.
It was. 6 months later, the bottoms of the doors and the body started
showing rust. As is, rust through from the inside.
One of those little (expensive) lessons that life delights is teaching
us. Haven't been bitten by *that* bug since.
Oh yeah, the car was out of Houston...
