[V8] Arm rest strut

Make no mistake, Chris as been on my speed dial longer than Force 5 has 
been in existence, and the same for SJM and now GermanAutoConnection that 
I was silly enough to buy a  V8.  (And I will add that Bruce is very 
accommodating pulling "worthless" parts as I try to get my V8 concours) 
That said pulling this piece makes the whole arm rest almost worthless as 
a whole and I'd rather not ask them to obsolete a nice "$25" arm rest for 
a "$5" strut, let alone the 20 minutes to take it apart.  That said, if 
any is parting one or has a spare, I'm looking.
