[V8] A/C Compressor Clutch R&R

... heard a bit of noise from the engine bay of #2 over the weekend, sounded like a bearing on the A/C was making noise ... the sound went away after I turned off the A/C ... I'm pretty sure I can attribute this to the A/C Compressor clutch.  Boy, those things aren't cheap ... my BiL quoted $217 from 4 Seasons ... just for the part.  Paying a shop to R&R is another $275 ... I'll check the manual tonight, but I'm hoping that I can do the R&R myself ... any BTDT on that here?
