[V8] Clutch lever NLA

The dealer source I use for dealer-only parts (Sunset in Oregon) reports
the clutch spring operating lever is obsolete and no longer available.
That's part #  016 141 719A.    Mine's chewed up from the destruction of
the throwout bearing so that I'm reluctant to reuse it.

That's the same part number used in the V8s with clutches.

Any suggestions for work-arounds?
