[V8] ECU part numbers

There is one 1993 Canadian ECU Part Number or one 1993 CAR from Canada in
which my 4.2 liter chip will NOT work. I never had the cars to test, so I
don't know if it wiring harness or an ECU issue but had two reports.

My earlier chips seemed to work in all earlier computers, both Automatic &
Manual

Anyway I thought I share that info for the benefit of the group.

He sells the same chip for both the manual and automatic. It is quite
effective in the 5-speed. ;)

you can, I don't know what differences IA did as far as if they started with
a mt ecu or a at ecu.
the mt ecu would be the same hardware but different timing maps. the IA
stuff should negate the
difference between the at and mt ecus.
