[V8] V8 fuel overload / surging RPM's

V8 Fans,
  My 1990 V8 Q starts fine, drives good till engine temp starts to come off cold ,
  Then RPM surging starts and fuel overload /  I plan to replace OXY sensor,,what else
  could be at fault  ?
