... almost right. If your car is still using the windshield mounted antennae the one in the front windshield is only for FM reception and the one in the rear window is for both AM and FM.
When you get the new deck to install be sure to use the cable labeled "REAR" if the deck only has one antenna. Don't even think about shorting the cables together, it'd most likely do more harm than good.
The two antenna for FM reception are part of what is called a "diversity" system ... the Blaupunkt deck checks both antennae for signal at the frequency you're trying to receive and chooses the one that gives the better signal. It continues to check both as the reception may change as the car moves.
The wiring diagram is available in soft copy ... that's probably your best bet to sort out the wire definitions.
