[V8] GB on reground cams..& other goodies

Oh, don't get me wrong, I WILL GLADLY spend the $$$!  I want a MEAN
sounding, running V8!  I want so lumpy an idle, it has to idle at 2000 RPM!!
Okay a bit extreme.  But, just wanted people who are willing to dump the
money into it to think about that fact there WILL be machine work involved.
I would bet it will cost at least 200-300 a head.
