[V8] dashlight dimmer

Actually, I need to be a bit more specific.  My cluster issue was directly
related to the dashlight rheostat.  The soldered connection on the board was
pretty fragile as I recall, and it was broken.  In fact, it had been
resoldered by someone before I bought the car, so the actual "fix" was to
purchase a new(er) rotary knob that allowed it to be more easily (and
permanently) soldered.

I think the newer V8's may have had some sort of change made, as I never had
a smidgen of trouble with the lights on the '93 V8.  And the '90 V8 went
away less than a year, and a transmission rebuild later.
