Thanks for all of the feedback.
I checked the lugs and all were tight. Driving last night I played around a little and decided that it was probably just the new snow tires. For the last 2 years I had some Michelin snow tires with a much less aggressive tread pattern. This year I went with the cheapest tires Tire Rack had, the Winterforce. A friend of mine put them on his Taurus and has been very impressed. They have a much more aggressive tread and I would guess a softer sidewall. I guess Ill go back to a better tire next time.
Again thanks for all the feedback.

What you are describing is very typical. As stated, snow tires are softer,
both in tread and sidewall. This makes them much better at handling poor
conditions. However, the squishyness is the tradeoff. Yes, more air will
help. However, when you are in deep snow, or ice driving, you will notice
better ahndling from less air. Once again, it's all a tradeoff. BTW, what
brand of tire are you running?
