[V8] V8 Clutch upgrades

I went with OEM parts, and am pretty sure I got them all from Rick at
www.importpartsspec.com.
I had never tackled a job like this before, but I just followed the service
manual and it went smoothly. I do think it might be simpler to remove the motor
though. There is a lot of "stuff" to do either way.
I had the transmission overhauled at the same time. It really didn't need it but
I replaced all the seals, main shaft bearings and 1st and 2nd syncros. The old
parts were in fine shape at 100K miles. YMMV.
This work was done by German Trans-axle in Bend Oregon. They came highly
recommended, but I was not all that impressed with them. Apparently the "good"
tech was gone, although I have had no problems with it.
Things to think about:
slave cylinder
rear main/rear cover
rack boot
oil pan gaskets
CV boots
Drive shaft service (re-grease CVs)
E-Brake cables
shifter rods/ends
????
