[V8] Headlight Relay Harness

I think the name is al's lighting -- if not hopefully that will ring a bell with someone. Bulbs, harnesses, relays, etc.

It seems that hioutputbulbs.com is 404, so where else can I get this 
harness?  Is it plug-and-play or am I going to have to dig and solder?
