No it is not. I just bought one a couple weeks ago when I did my oil change. You might want to go to the dealer and double check into that. I've had 3 200 20Vs and they are not the same as the V8. UNLESS, they changed something from the 3.6 to the 4.2, I DO have a 4.2.
