[V8] Fuses, relays, and oh my

I haven't fired up the V8 Bentley CD in quite a while, but I recall absolutely despising the interface. The application feels like it was designed in the early 1990's and never updated. The first thing I wanted to do when I got it installed was redesign the whole thing, but never poked around enough on the CD long enough to figure out if it would be easy or difficult to port to something nicer and platform-neutral (since Mac/Linux users not running VPC/VMWare are out of luck).
