[V8] interior door handle pinch plate fix?

Any type 44, and probably also any Audi/VW from the same era has the same
hardware for the arm rest. In fact, the arm rest is the same for the 100/200
series cars I believe. Should be no problem to get the attchement hardware or if
you are lucky a good used arm rest.
