Ingo,
Correct on all fronts. I'll check the diff level, mad at myself for not
having it done while in the shop for suspension, DOH! Waiting for warm
weather to pull the dash and correct the poor ground for temp/fuel gauges.
My flash to pass is not working, is this another electrical gremmy or
combi switch issue? I'd guess combi as my miles till empty will not
illuminate at times even though it is selected by the combi. Swapped out
the fuel pump, FPR to be done and noticed a drop in MPH, ha! So much
smoother than the I5, which I always thought was smooth for its
configuration!
Mike

Since it's a torsen, there's nothing you can check except to make sure the
fluid level is there and that the same size tires are on both sides of the
axle and that they're properly inflated. I've had this happen in reverse
as
well on occasion, btw. I'm assuming you're speaking of the V8 and not the
200, btw. If it is the 200, then I'd check for faulty/sticking actuator
at
the rear diff.

I guess it's good that you don't drive to work in reverse ;-)

Ingo
