[V8] Radiator Hose Question

It's actually two things.
It was the upper radiator hose blew again - twice in the last six months
- I can get anther one of those. But man they're high.
On the coolant return hose, the actual piece of plastic that goes into
the radiator is broken. I can tell it's a screw-type fitting, but the
nipple is fractured on the radiator end.
The return hose itself looks okay, and so does the nipple into the tank.
The coolant was circulating okay before the upper radiator hose blew and
shot coolant everywhere.
Any ideas?

Nathan,
The Radiator has a nipple fitting on the radiator to which the hose that
goes to the expansion tank is attached. Any auto parts place will have
hose that will work. The only problem is how much of the radiator
nipple is broken/fractured, as it must be able to withstand the
pressures generated by the cooling system. It would be far better if
the nipple at the expansion tank were broken ;-) Then you'd just
replace the tank and not have to replace the radiator.
Good luck.
Ingo
