[V8] Transmission won't go into 4th

Don't be fooled by the dipstick if you have not really warmed up that
tranny.  The reason Audi did not include one is due to confusion on the part
of owners that checked oil when temp was inadequate.  Others use the drain
and add 4 quarts method to get to the right level.  Improperly filled tranny
can do strange things.
