Yes,
One of the foremost roller and ball bearing manufacturers in the world.
Founded by Friedrich Fischer when he perfected the way to make perfectly
round ball bearings by grinding in 1883. The name is likely from when it
became a stock company: Fischer Aktien Gesellshaft, hence the FAG name.
Was bought by the Schaeffler Group in 2001.
