[V8] Oil Pump Bearing & Oil Seal?

I found the culprit for my massive oil leak in a bad oil pump bearing and subsequent bad oil seal.
   
  After I removed the sprocket from the shaft the bearing fell apart and the only thing left on the shaft was the inner race.
   
  At this point I was getting hungry and it was starting to get dark so I packed it in for the night and thought I check if anybody and some thoughts on the how to remove the inner race from the shaft?
   
  Also, any ideas on how to get the seal out?
