[V8] Door Regulator Problem

I have finally removed the front driver's side door panel to inspect the 
window regulator (the window does not go all the way down and makes unpleasant 
noises).

I discovered that the cable has come off the blue round plastic roller pulley 
at the center bottom of the door.  It seems if I can put the cable back onto 
the pulley, it may fix the problem.  

The problem is that there is absolutely no slack in the cable, making it 
impossible to pull the cable back around the pulley.

Any suggestions?
