[V8] Clutch job

Kneale,

 From my recollection (on the v8 5-speed), you only want the tool (I  
think it comes with the kit) to center the clutch.  Use a high temp  
grease (like cv grease) for the pivot points on the throwout bearing  
and the trans input shaft splines.

As to reusing the pieces on your sedan, well, that's up to you.  I  
think you'll have a much better idea once you complete the job on the  
avant ;-)
