[V8] 3.6 to 4.2 swap

The 4.2 swap is pretty much near a bolt-in / plug-in.
The ABH, IIRC, required no mods to accept a manual trans, though there
will be a bolt hole or two in the bell housing that go unused. Keith at
audiconnection did the actual labor on mine, since I was still burnt out
from R&Ring my PT for a timing belt, clutch, and rebuild.
Biggest issue I have is my 5 speed ECU seems to cause the ABH to run
rich. I just haven't had the time to diagnose further.
Give me some time to think -- I'm sure I'll remember a couple other
issues. But w/ your experience, I think you'll find it as
straightforward as you could hope.
