[V8] 3.6 to 4.2 swap

I haven't done it myself.  However, what you are proposing should not  
be difficult at all.  The difficulty is when you make a '92 +  
slushbox V8 into a 5-speed.

If you are just swapping out the motor, it is my understanding you  
want to keep your headers and use your intake manifold :-)

The rest (except for emissions crap) bolts right up and (I believe)  
plugs right in.
