[V8] 91 V8 5 spd - Intake air leaks

One that I seem to have on mine is related to the climate control. When I
have it set to OFF, the idle is steady at whatever speed it should be and
the engine pulls smoothly. When I have it turned on, even in ECON, the idle
will rise and the engine has a slight surge when accelerating.
