Thanks for the info Scott. I'm in the Kansas City area and thinking
about shipping the car to Keith in Ohio, for some work and then flying
out to drive back. Will watch for the dreaded snaggletooth!

Bob

2 years ago when I bought Dino Murphy's 5-speed I used a transport
broker.

They arranged the cheapest ride for my V8 that they could find. I had
some snaggletooth texan (intentionally lowercase, because he was
swearing at my wife during the entire delivery) that delivered my V8
from Oregon. The car arrived with Oil on the hood that dripped from some
GM piece of crap that the uses "Led Zeppelin" music to sell thier cars.
The V8 does not have regular tie points like most other cars. Unless
the company you deal with has wheel straps than expect some damage. The
snaggletooth did damage the rocker jack point, sheered clean off and
pulled the rear suspension forward on the drivers side by 5/8 inch.

Please beware of the snaggletooth texan! Brokers in general. Get
someone that cares about cars and that will guarentee no damage.
Portland to Denver $475 in 2004, so expect to pay a premium of 40% or
more today

Scott.
