[V8] Serpentine belt disintegration

It also happened to Zay after we replaced it. I was very careful to make
sure it was properly alligned, and it didn't do it right away. Nonetheless,
after another installed, it hasn't done it again. So, lesson learned. I
tripple check my allignment now.
As for yours Dave, I'd agree with Ingo, something siezed, more than likely.
