[V8] Coolant Sensor?

If I had to guess - I would say the level sensor has gone bad in the coolant
tank, or there is a wireing problem to it.

Should be easy to debug - just unplug the sensor and see if the light goes off.
I don't know if the switch is normally open or closed, but with the plug
jumpered the light should be in the opposite state as open.
