Yes I had a set of Intrax springs & I remember that
the springs were listed for all 90-94 V8's, 92-96.6
S4/6 & 200 20v. But lowered the V8 like 1 3/4 inch
8O..which was too much for me.
But as Keith said the rear may sag a bit cause of the
extra weight of the conversion. So the ECS spacers
should be used.
The only difference between the UFO & G60 strut
housings that I'm awair of is the mounting holes for
the UFO caliper mounts. I'm pretty sure the spring
perches are the same & the strut configuration. So I'm
sure the H&R's that Carter sold to you will work.
Personally I got the 2Benn front & rear coil overs
for my Green 93 4.2 car. Luscious comes to mind :-)
But for my Pearl 90 V8 I'm looking for a set of 92
Urs4 springs..on the 92 //scars the springs were
diffrent from 93-on. 92 had the sport susupension. Or
a set of Urs6+(Plus) Eibachs from the Avant. I don't
like the H&R's at all. I
allso don't like the Bilstiens..I got the Konie
adjustables with my coil over setup & prolly will do
the Konies again or maybe the Boge Progas which are
even a bit stiffer shock than the Turbogas. But thats
just my opinion.
But yah the moon, the stars, & that Yellow V8a. & as
far as Steamboat goes..I so am in pain over not being
able to have gone to that event over the years!!! I
allways hear of something happening there as far as
Scott J..or Ingo, Or Pizzo for Christ sake doing some
kinda memorable thing..gotta get out there this year!!
Thanx
Ron
