[V8] Stumbling / surging problem

You might want to check the engine reference sender(s). After warmed up
it might be closing a fault in the sensor or the wire, when cold it might
be throwing an intermittent signal. They usually fail in one shot (car
just won't start), or with the car hot (dies and have to wait for it to
cool a bit to get going again -hi Ed), but I have seen ONE that was
failing when cold.
"Fairly new O2 sensor" would also warrant a good check of the reference
sender plugs.
Also, make sure that you've got the TPS adjusted correctly, it too can
cause your symptoms.
