[V8] Radiator R&R

I've removed the bumpers on my V8Q's maybe 2 times....and that was to
replace one bumper and to repair the other.  After snapping a rusty bolt
(live in the salt belt) on the ole 5KS's bumper once, I let sleeping dogs
lie.  There should be plenty in the archives, under "timing belt"...but I
checked, and there are 2 or 3 years of archives that aren't there?  Or
maybe I just can't find them.
