[V8] O2 Sensor Removal

Follow-up:  The pipes are slightly farther apart on the magnaflow than
the stock piece, which necessitated slight tweakage to get it to fit.
Was a non-event in my case.   Also, this muffler is available in several
lengths, but none exact as stock.  I went a bit shorter and used pipe
extensions.  And the cross-section of the muffler itself is slightly
less flat than factory, so it's a bit more visible underneath from
behind the car.
