[V8] Catalytic converters

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what brand OEA or universal  catalytic 
converters will work on a '93 4.2?  Also if universal cats are  used do you 
need to keep the sensor in the passenger side cat?  What should  be done with 
the sensor/wiring/relay etc., if it is not necessary to use upon  replacement 
of the cats?
