I bought a set of OEM replacements from discountconverters.com ... they bolted right in, but I think the tubing they used is narrower than the factory part.
I started down the path to replace the cats in the car's exhaust pipes, but found that one of the cats has the flange attached to the tip ... so with my means I decided to change to OEM. The automatic cars are different than the manual ones (which I have) ... look up there to see what yours look like. The cats themselves are fairly inexpensive ...
The probe is simply a temp sensor to tell if the cat is overheating ... it is fairly easy to remove, and all you need to do is remove the "control module" in the relay panel under the front passenger's seat to stop the warning light from flashing ...
