[V8] '93 Horn placement

Lately, I've found myself in situations where I really needed to use  
my horn (like the lady backing up at the traffic light in front of  
me), but while I can hear the relay click, the horn doesn't sound.   
Realize that I changed out the front bumper/cover while in Chicago on  
my way back from Steamboat.  I later swapped out the proper color  
bumpers w/covers from my '91 5 speed.  I notice where the horns are  
on the '91 the '93 (and I'm guessing the '92s as well) have the  
additional trans cooler and fan.  Now I diod change out the bumper  
cover in Chicago at night.  Are the later car's horns located in the  
bumper itself?
