[V8] Mass Air Flow Sensor

Are you having (or did you have) any starter problems?
If the 2111 code is real, your choices are the sensor, the wiring, or the
flywheel ring gear teeth.

Hopefully it is just the sensor going bad, but code 2111 that gets worse with
RPM is not a good sign. Temperature just complicates this, but as others have
said, you might try swapping the two ignition sensors to debug.
