[V8] tools, mods, and nonsense

Hi Dave and all

Downloaded your index.zip file, unziped it in in  my root directory but 
it did not work. I wonder if I have the same Service manual  as you, is 
there different versions circulating ? I've tryed to put the files both 
under my "v8 service manual" folder and in the "Manual" folder. Anyone 
else  had the same problem?
