[V8] Seat Debris

Moving the seat should have no ill effect, since that piece is some part
of the return mechanism for either the clutch or brake pedal. I had it
fall on my feet (spring broken in 2 or 3 places, still within the white
plastic casing) about 2 years ago and the only issue has been that I
need to tug the clutch pedal back a bit with my toe in order for the
cruise to engage. It bothers me to no end, but the job just looks a
bit too much like work. Plus, I haven't found a good replacement
source.
