[V8] Seat Debris

Possibly as a form of sympathy, the inside release cable on the driver's
door broke, last night I think actually, but was not noticed until this
morning. That's what I get for putting in a used part. The new part went
into the then parts car which is now on to its new owner.

Are these dealer only? I believe I ordered my last one from a dealer, but I
don't know if I looked for it elsewhere.
