[V8] Slow starting

On the 200s, there is a check valve in/near the fuel pump
that keeps the pressure up in the FI system after the car
is shut off.  If the valve leaks, fuel seeps back into the
tank. The next time you go to start the car, it takes a few
seconds to repressurize the line.  The less time since
you shut if off, the quicker it starts.  I'm guessing the V8
has a check valve, too.

Old fuel injectors may also leak, causing the retain
fuel pressure to drop. Same symptom.
