[V8] rack and damper

My eyes sprang open when I read about a possible piston ring source.
Much of the reason I swapped in the 4.2 is because I couldn't find new
rings for my 5-speed's 3.6 PT.  I have been keeping my eyes open for the
link to be reposted but haven't seen it -- is it out there somewhere?
