[V8] steering damper rate

Just for fun, I hacksawed my old damper apart and found that there is an
adjustment on the piston for damping rate. It looks like everyone is right - the
Fox part is a direct mechanical fit, but it probably has a different
calibration. This adjustment cannot be changed once the damper is assembled.
Why they charge you 3X the price to twist a nut one more turn is anybodys guess.
