[V8] idlle /driving problem continues

Funky idle to me means a) bad O2 sensor or b) dirty ISV (idle
stablizer valve).  

If the O2 sensor was replaced with a dab of silcon/silcone based
anti-sieze, that does bad stuff to the sensor and will kill it in short
orfer.
