[V8] Passenger Side Timing Belt Cover

BTDT.  Buy a cheap 6 point deep socket.  Grind it down (shorter) so that 
you've got the forged taper smaller than the original bolt head.  If it is a 
cheap one it will be smaller.  Take a hammer and gentlly hammer it on the 
bolt head.  If you've mucked it up enough this won't make anything any 
worse.  If you have access to a 3/8 right angle pneumatic wrench it will 
only help.  Without the pneumatic even a breaker bar should take that bolt 
out.  Throw out the old one as soon as you find a duplicate of it.
