[V8] shiftlock

This JUST started happening in my car, as well - also a 93.  Hmmmm.  Disconcening the first time it happened, for sure!

Which reminds me.  On the '93, it seems half the time when I move the  
shifter to park, I find that the key won't release and then the  
reason:  The shifter does not pop up at the end. Quick lift on the  
knob and the ignition is unlocked.
