[V8] ABS Problem?

Red parking brake light will stay on if the hydraulic oil tank cap is
installed crooked so that the float part can't work.

Pulsing may be from sitting at intersections with your foot on the brake
pedal after several hard stops. Do an "Italian" tuneup of the rotors by
making several hard stops from, say, 80 mph and then driving a while where
you don't have to use the brakes so they can cool down gradually.
